We ship to the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia and select European countries, including France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Please note that some products are only available for purchase in the U.S.<\/p>\n

General Shipping Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We offer same-day processing for all orders placed before 10:00 AM PST (non-holiday business days). Most orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day. If you place an order on Friday or Saturday, most likely it will be shipped the following Sunday. If we made an error and your ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and make every effort to accommodate your needs.<\/p>\n\n

Note: Orders can be canceled anytime before shipment.<\/p>\n

Shipping Address<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

A complete and accurate shipping address is essential. Once your order is ready for shipment or has been shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for correction and reship it, but additional shipping fees will apply. Please provide a valid phone number for all orders to ensure smooth delivery.<\/p>\n

Shipping Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under $49: Shipping fees will apply based on the shipping address.
Express Shipping: Available in select countries for an additional $19.99.<\/p>\n

International Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We ship to the U.S., Canada, Japan, Australia and select European countries. Please note that your country may impose import duties\/taxes on your shipment. Any product and shipping costs paid to us do not include international duties\/taxes\/VAT (for products shipped from overseas warehouses, duties are generally not required).<\/p>\n\n

While we are happy to provide warranty support for all products, any shipping costs related to warranties must be paid by the customer.<\/p>\n

Product Availability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We use a real-time inventory system, so if an item can be added to your shopping cart, it is in stock. If an item is out of stock, it will be reflected on the product page, and the item will not be able to be added to the cart.<\/p>\n
